Requirements:Filipino, 18 years old and above At least High School graduate
At least 6 months BPO and Call center experience (voice account)
Above average to Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Amenable to be assigned in Ortigas (EDSA)Responsibilities:Handle customer product concerns with courtesy and promptness
Assist with basic technical issues
Record all concerns for future reference
Raise trouble tickets for technical concerns requiring Tier 2 assistance
Benefits:Monthly fixed salary P17,000 to 18,000
