College degree in veterinary medicine or BS Agriculture Major in Animal Science or any related course
At least 2 years’ experience inside farm
Sales experience is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Highly organized to manage timelines
Can work well both individual or in a team

Execute programs developed and train the Commercial Team on Key Feeders Development Process
Coaches and monitors execution of Key Feeders Development by commercial team in the field
Develop Key Feeders
Implements Proof of Perfornance Trainings and motivational program for Commercial Team
Coaches and monitors execution of Proof of Performance by the commercial team in the field.
Spearhead the Proof of Performance Day of the commercial team
Lead the in-farm services of the Flagship customers and as per pinpointed by the commercial team.
Develops experts from each segment (Layer and Broiler per Region).
Develops training programs for commercial team in alignment to the strategy.
Collaboration with other Departments
Provides monthly feedback on product performance of our products
Ensures proper application of technologies deployed to sales.
Provides feedback on marketing deployed activities
Trains Salesmen on the How to Win activation.
