As a growing manufacturing company, our business thrusts are focused in strengthening our nationwide presence in performance coatings and in the continued development of our people._Manage the TSS department in the assigned unit(s) by close cooperation with the organisation's functions, coaching and training of staff and active involvement in operational matters to make sure that Performance Coatings (PC) business in the local unit is operating with safe and efficient systems by competent staff for paints specifications, guarantee handling, claims management, sales support, technical training and technical service.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree + >7 years of relevant experienceSpecific credentials/qualifications required:- Team No.1 Level 1 and 2- FROSIO Red and/or NACE Level 2- BMT (IMIJ)- English Proficiency**Responsibilities**:- Manage the technical part of PC complaint processes within the assigned unit(s) by ensuring a timely conclusion to complaints and feedback to customers in order to ensure that Jotun is perceived as a preferred and professional supplier.- Drive the internal learning from complaints processes by regular review meetings, action plans and follow up, identifying root cause, corrective actions and monitoring the efficiency of corrective actions to minimise risk of repetition- Through training ensure that the knowledge is transferred to the local organisation, general technical knowledge as well as detailed specific product knowledge and knowledge of Jotun's global working processes within Marine and Protective coatings to ensure competent and committed staff in line with market needs.- Support sales processes with technical expertise by customer presentations, documentation, etc., to ensure that Jotun is perceived as a preferred paint supplier- Manage local technical documentation and statements by creating and monitoring technical statements and documentation to ensure that local documentation is in line with local market needs and global guidelines.- Manage and lead the team by developing, guiding and supporting team members and ensuring the staffing and competence profile of the team is fit-for-purpose in order to achieve agreed objectives and performance.- Create and implement a local development plan based on the global TSS strategic direction by formulating and following up on activities and focus areas in order to support the development of the PC business- Ensure the technical Service policies, procedures, and operating structure are in place to ensure Jotun's quality standard is met- Develop the local TSS business plans and dept. operations including budget development both sort and long term, in line with Marine and Protective strategyQUALIFICATIONS**Education**:Bachelor (required)**Language**:English, TagalogWork Experience:Role: Manager of ManagersOther qualifications (certificates, skills etc.):Product Technical Support, Technical Analysis, Technical Development, Technical Management, Technical Product Marketing, Technical Reporting, Technical Solutions, Technical TrainingPERSONAL QUALITIES AND WHAT WE OFFERGood in Communication & Presentation skillsTask & Quality assurance OrientedPeople development & CoachingTechnical expertise in Coating industry or related industrPOSITION INFORMATIONCompany:Jotun (Philippines) Inc.Scope Of Work:**Local**:Contract Type:RegularCLOSING
