Job Description
The Country Sales Manager must manage a network of independent software vendors, system integrators and strategic partners who provide solutions to key segments and regions.
Analyse and extract relevant insights from market studies and relate to local, regional promotional activities to grow brand reach and develop partnerships with target accounts.
Develop pipeline in CRM and generate new corporate projects.
Conduct product and solution training to support our partner teams in conducting effective demonstrations to customers.
Provide initial service support to customers and partners with their HW/SDK integration related queries, then leading them to the support channels.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal Country Sales Manager candidate has 3+ years experience in the consumer electronics industry, software or solutions sales, and management of B2B partner networks like SI/ISVs.
Business Development exposure is a must.
Strong willingness to manage multi-dimensional sales initiatives in a technology environment.
Has a pro-active, flexible personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
