Job Responsibilities Monitors and tracks agents' productivity Maintains and coaches agents in delivering Quality transactions Checks daily attendance and daily reports of all the assigned Pros under his/her supervision Practice and carry out operational standards to manage overall team performance and attrition rate Client relations - communicate and coordinate with the client regularly Qualifications 1-2 years as a Team Leader in a Healthcare account with billing experience for providers Must have an excellent English Communication Skills Demonstrate strong problem handling and analytical skills Demonstrate an ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Must have high tolerance for stress Organizational skills and ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal skills Willing to work night shifts and on-site Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php39,000.00 per month
