Team Leader (Start Asap)

**Responsibilities**- Develop a schedule to assess training needs- Conduct employee surveys and interviews- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership- Track and compile collected data- Facilitates and delivers targeted, focused training to teach and strengthen client-specific knowledge and skills, including sales processes and systems.- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research- Communicate training needs and online resources- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials- Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology- Test and review created materials- Maintain a database of all training materials- Instruct employee training and onboarding- Conduct training through new training materials- Review employee performance and learning- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment- Can document processes and procedures when overseeing client training sessions- Create Product Knowledge Tests and maintain its data**Qualifications***- At least one (1) year of relevant Team Leader experience in an outsourcing or similar company, managing a minimum of 10 people while working in a customer support role;- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;- Above-average technical know-how;- Familiarity with e-Commerce, ZenDesk, or any other CRM tools; and- Flexibility and willingness to work on different shifts.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Paid trainingSchedule:- Evening shift- Late shift- Night shift- Shift systemSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Trainer: 1 year (preferred)
