Team Leader

Job Description:
Supervise the implant team at Lazada warehouse or their facility Ensure proper turn-over of shipments for QuadX delivery or RTS to Lazada, including proper accounting of each parcel Ensure the security and integrity of turn-over shipments Prepare necessary reports on paper and electronic data Coordinate with forwarding team and truckers for on-time availability of hauling trucks Ensure proper loading and unloading of shipments Perform other tasks as directed by a competent authority Minimum Qualifications:
Hard-working with a good attitude Preferably Male At least High School Graduate Computer literate With leadership skills and adaptable Process-oriented and well organized Can multitask and willing to work overtime/extended hours Must have own Motorcycle Leadership skills and experience in handling personnel in the past Must be knowledgeable and experienced in e-com logistics or related logistics industry Must have experience in using logistics execution system (e.g. FarEye) or similar system Proactive and can properly react to pressing situations with good judgment
