JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Assist in the training process
? Ensuring that every agent is well prepared for their calls
? Support agents after training by monitoring their progress, ensuring that they understand and meet expectations, answering their questions, and providing them with ongoing coaching opportunities and inspiration
? Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies
? Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls
? Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements
? Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management
? Working with other supervisors and management team members
? Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
? Measure performance with key metrics
? Keep management informed on issues and problems
? Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position
? Experience in customer service
? Proficient in English
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
? Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
? Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services
? Excellent organizational and leadership skills
? Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees
? Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
? A results-oriented approach
? Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills
? Ability to work under pressure
EQUIPMENT:
?? Hardware: Laptop/Desktop
?? Headset: headset with noise-cancelling feature
?? Connectivity: Minimum of 10 Mbps
?? Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
