Job Responsibilities: • Creates and publishes job ads in various recruitment portals.• Collaborates with the hiring managers to set experience and qualification profiles for futureemployees.• Coordinates with recruitment vendors to ensure timely closure of employee requests.• Screens resumes and job applications and conducts initial phone screens to create shortlists ofqualified candidates.• Tracks hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.• Designs, distributes, and measures the results of candidate experience surveys.• Advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.• Follows up with candidates throughout the hiring process.• Maintains a database of potential candidates for future job openings.• Recommends ways to improve our employer brand.Job Requirements:• BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration, or relevant field Pa• At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter, Recruitment Supervisor, or Recruitment Consultant• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases• Understanding of general human resources/recruitment policies and procedures• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office• Excellent communication and people skills• Aptitude in problem-solving• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach• Does not go with the flow and have the desire to bring change/improvement to the organization• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Amenable to onsite work
