Sustainability Services Data Analysts

Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the delivery of Sustainability Solution products in energy, waste, water, and carbon through ensuring data accuracy and performing data analysis to ensure correct and proper insights and actions can be accomplished on behalf of our clients. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Compile and interpret utility-related energy, water and waste data and respective databases.? Compile standard and customized reports on electric, gas, water, sewer, waste and other utility and energy data.
Track service type, vendor, location, rate, energy load, and water/sewer usage by month or invoice cycle and by fiscal year to support regular monthly reporting.
Accurately complete electric and gas rate analysis tasks for low to mid-complexity level utility tariff structures.
Examine historical energy usage patterns for benchmarking purposes and usage and cost anomaly identification.
Support delivery of Carbon Solutions including GHG inventory planning and development and other carbon accounting activities.
Responsible for creating and modifying waste data templates and correcting corresponding data elements.
Scrub energy, water, sewer and gas billing data to ensure reporting accuracy.
Coordinate efforts closely with Sustainability Services Program Managers, Energy Managers, Carbon Analysts and other team members to ensure consistent results.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor?s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Engineering preferred.
Other combinations of experience/education may be considered
EXPERIENCE:?
Two years of related experience or demonstrated experience in other data accuracy and/or analytical capacities is preferred.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Strong Microsoft based computer skills including Excel spreadsheet experience in formulas and pivot tables
High level of English verbal communication skills
Must be a flexible, adaptable, and service-minded team player
A dependable/reliable, results oriented person, committed to improvement of work processes
Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks

This position is a responsible for ensuring data accuracy and analysis for Sustainability Services products in energy, water, carbon, and waste. MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE IN CLARK PAMPANGA.
