Job Description:
Coins.ph is looking for a dynamic and motivated Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work remotely from Davao City, Davao, PH. This position is perfect for individuals with a confident and independent personality, who possess strong soft skills in innovation and negotiation.
Responsibilities:1. Providing timely and efficient support to customers via email, chat, and phone.2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.3. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and solve complex customer problems.4. Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in customer support processes.5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.4. Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Must be confident, innovative, and skilled in negotiation.
