Supply Chain Manager

Job Description Key Responsibilities: To report directly to the President, the hired candidate shall be responsible for overseeing and managing the company?s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations. He plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand. He oversees the timely, efficient and cost effective execution of deliveries to customers. He leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through clearly defined Key Performance Indicators.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
Educational Background:
Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or any related courses
Work Experience:
With at least five (5) years of experience in supply chain, logistics and warehouse management
Essential Skills/Qualities:
Computer literate; knowledge in SAP an advantage but not required
Highly adept in material resource planning, warehousing and logistics operation
Persistent, results-oriented, highly motivated, with sense of urgency and strong leadership qualities
Highly collaborative, and can work across different interfacing units
Thrives in an environment of dynamism, integrity and leadership
