Storm Restoration Claims Administrator

: Maven Roofing is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Storm Restoration Claims Administrator. Based in Antipolo, Philippines, this role will primarily focus on liaising with insurance carriers to submit estimates, interpret loss statements, supplement claims, track claims progress, communicate with desk adjusters, and ensure timely approval of claims for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen understanding of insurance claim processes.
Responsibilities: - Submit accurate and comprehensive estimates to insurance carriers for roof replacements.
- Interpret loss statements and assess damage to determine appropriate claim supplements.
- Actively supplement claims to ensure maximum coverage for our customers.
- Track claims progress and maintain detailed records of all communication and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with desk adjusters to expedite claim approvals and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of storm restoration projects.
Requirements: - Bachelor"s degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in storm restoration claims administration or a related role is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of insurance claim processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex loss statements and estimates.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Office/G-Suite and industry-specific claim management systems.

Salary and Benefits: - Monthly salary of ?50,000 PHP, with eligibility for commissions.
