Store Supervisor/Manager

Job description- Manage the branch in accordance to the standards in quality control, safety, hygiene, and sanitation.- Implement the company policies and procedures.- Provide excellent guest experience and guide staff in providing a high level of service.- Well versed in Inventory, Staff Management & Customer Service.- Must be have Administrative and Operational Efficiency.- Must be willing to do cashiering functions.- Prepare all reports as required by the Management.- Properly monitor the stock levels and cash management.- Monitor and manage product and labor costs.JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Graduate of any four-year course preferably Business Management or equivalent.- With at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.- Honest & hardworking.- Willing to work on long hours.- Must be willing to undergo 3-months training.- Must be willing to relocate in any branch.Schedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)- Location: Doña Rosa St., Madang, Mati, Davao Oriental**Experience**:- Store Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift
