JOB OVERVIEW: 
The Store Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Store Manager/ Area Manager for ensuring that the store runs smoothly. He/she will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the restaurant for its smooth operation on a daily basis.
JOB DISCRIPTION: 
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising store employees.
• Assist and support the Store Manager in planning and delegating work 
duties to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of 
the store business.
• Inspect the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner.
• Conduct inspections of the restaurant kitchen and ensure proper hygiene is maintained.
• Oversee front of house operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively.
• Develop strategies for improving customer's dining experience.
• Identify methods to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Maintain cleanliness of the branch on a daily basis.
• Manage the outstanding bills and cash flow of the store.
• Manage the work schedules of the restaurant.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
• Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, or similar supervisory role.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
• Strong supervision and management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to remain standing for long period of time.
• Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
• BS/BA in any field.
