Store Data Controller

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Communications or Marketing courses is preferred.
- Has at least two years experience in roles related to Customer Service, Internal/External Communications, Digital Marketing.
- Has Intermediate to Advance skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete recording of the day’s transactions in the provided software
- Receive and secure all unused accountable forms
- Submit required daily, weekly, and monthly reports with required review and approval by respective personnel such as:
- SM’s physical count result vs. system record
- Daily Cashiers’ Report
- Cut Off Documentation Report
- Secure company communications
- Conduct final checking of:
- credit approvals & loan documents before invoicing of unit
- corresponding payments before releasing of unit
- Audit weekly SOF and review fund disbursements to Store Manager
- Monitor and submit attendance sheet with accurate time records
- Maintains service histories of Service Unit Repairs for reference by SM (in absence of Service Advisor)
- Relieve cashiers during deposits of cash or during her scheduled leaves
- Perform such other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor
