They have various lines of businesses. The Philippine operations support their technology-enabled solutions such as software for medical imaging and major healthcare management processes such as financial management (medical claims), chart retrieval, clinical operations to name a few.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Support Administrator provides support to the Sales and Account Management teams by managing all specific contract support and administrative functions as defined. This primarily includes, but is not limited to, tracking down invoice and billing disputes/research, CRM data clean-up and management, $0 amendments, and other non-product or solution, customer-related supporting tasks. The Administrator may also serve as a primary contact for Field Sales and Account Managers for an assigned group of customers. Responsibilities in this area may include but are not limited to proactive customer outreach,? issue triage/resolution and follow-up, managing and routing inbound calls, and serving as liaison between the customer and internal teams. The Administrator works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to problem solve and respond to customer requests efficiently and effectively and ensures customers are satisfied and are engaged with touchpoints throughout the year. This role is instrumental to the success of our business, serving customers and supporting our Sales and Account Management teams.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training ?
? High School diploma or equivalent with 4-year college degree preferred.
Business Experience ?
? Minimum 2 years of experience leading services projects in client services, education, technology, healthcare or related fields or equivalent experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment in a support or service role.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills ?
? Knowledge of sales support processes including invoice and billing disputes/research, CRM data clean-up and management and other non-product or solution, customer-related supporting tasks.
? Analytical ability with proven problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
? Excellent customer service skills, including ability to problem solve in partnership with key stakeholders and work through conflicts while building positive working relationships.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
? Highly organized and proficient at executing when experiencing multiple competing priorities.
? Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft SharePoint, WebEx, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Salesforce or similar CRMs.
? Ability to meet or exceed established goals with accuracy and timeliness.
? Willingness and ability to travel up to 5% of time.
