GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB: A General Nursing Unit Staff Nurses one who is responsible for the overall nursing care management of the patient in his/her assigned patients in the unit. He/she directs and supervises Nursing Assistants who are involved in the care of the patients.AVAILABLE AREAS:- GENERAL NURSING UNIT? If you are interested in one of the three (3) special areas. Note: To be discussed during the interview· ER· OR· NICU/PICUFor those without any experience, we are willing to train you for those areas!* Probation period last about 5 - 6 months.QUALIFICATIONS:| WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE |?· Registered Nurse.· Committed and able to withstand extended periods of work.· An emotionally stable individual that can function during demanding, stressful and emergency situations· Able to have good interpersonal relationships.
