The candidate’s main responsibility will be to execute operational and tactical pricing tasks as well as to ensure processes are followed properly.
It is expected that the candidate understands pricing related processes as a whole and this involves liaising with multiple stakeholders outside of Pricing Department and/or Medtronic.
Ensure company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to product, procedures, policies, operations & customer contacts.
A Day in the life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
Under limited supervision, responsible for manual price interface/communication between Medtronic and our logistic partner
Updates pricing database upon product or customer change/creation
Reviews price feeds between systems
Compares prices between different databases – sources can be both, internally and externally
Executes sales order release related activities
Liaises with the relevant commercial and logistic partner teams to resolve price discrepancies
Processes and compiles pricing data upon request
Participates in special projects within the Pricing Department when required
Developing Standard Operating Procedures
Business Partnering:
Build and maintain relationships with all internal and external customers. Keep abreast of business, product portfolio and marketing development.
Help drive revenue management close to commercial teams: advise on best pricing strategies to enhance business impact (sales, profit)
Ensure Tender analytical and administrative support to win more deals at the best possible price
Adhoc tasks, projects and work as needed

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
Bachelor's Degree Required
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent)
Minimum 3-5 years experience in pricing preferred
A responsive and organized individual with common sense and a practical approach
Excellent analytical skill, and priority management. Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
Business Partnering
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong and credible relationships with the business and fellow employees.
Excellent computer skills, in particular spreadsheets in MS Words, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Can work autonomously, but is also a team player.
Self-motivated, ambitious and positive.
Possesses a “can do” attitude and a sense of urgency
Working Environment/ Conditions:
Some travel and overtime may be required
