You are responsible for providing high quality customer service via calls platform and efficiently finding resolutions in solving inquiries.
Salary Package: PhP 21,000 - PhP 22,000
REQUIREMENTS:
College or Vocational Graduate (Any Course)
Completed 2 years of college but with 1 year call center experience (Voice or Non-Voice Support)
At least 18 years old
Good communications skills
Basic computer and internet navigation skills
Willing to work at TELUS Mckinley Ayala Site
Amenable to work in shifting schedules
Has NBI clearance, PhilHealth Document and SSS Document
