By joining us as a **Specialist 1, Order Entry **, you get to echo this promise as Emerson's frontline representative providing outstanding customer care experience.In this capacity, you will be given the opportunity to ensure the support team is assisted in Tier 1 escalations while maintaining an excellent resolution rate. Pilot new processes and procedures and suggests modifications to ensure that implementation within the team will be successful. Assists and does backup for all Order Entry Administrator tasks. Creates operational reports for division contact use. Closely monitors and reports trends on assigned general task inbox.**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:**Complete Order Entry**- Validate customer PO- Enter Data/Order/Items into Business System- Update order/quote records/data/status in Business System- Submit Request for Address Book set-up- Generate, Upload and Forward Invoices (Business Systems/Customers)**Manage Record**- Log Inquiries- Record New Customers**Mailbox Management**- Update order/quote record/data/status in Business System- Track and log orders/requests received- Respond to Level 1 general inquiries and requests received from mailbox and identify need for escalations**Handle Escalation**- Escalate requests for model creation to the appropriate support group- Escalate model configuration issues to product configuration solutions team- Escalate requests to Tool Administrator for systems (1) related concerns- Escalate commercial inquiries to factory /Escalates pricing issues to appropriate support group- Coordinate with other teams/support to complete the request of customer- Respond to Level 1 general inquiries and requests received from mailbox and identify need for escalations**FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:- Graduate of any 4-year course- At least 1.5 years' experience in related documentation management, data entry and/or data administration support or functions- MS Outlook - MS Office Applications- Able to maintain and distribute reports using MS Excel from RAW Data- Business writing standards- Applicable business processes & system tools - (Oracle, CRM, PNMU, JDE, SharePoint)**WHO YOU ARE**:You have a strong drive for results, action oriented, and exhibits passion and enthusiasm to get things done.
