Technical Supervisor Job DutiesOversee the daily operations of technical teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Implement and manage quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of technical work and product output.Facilitate communication between technical staff and other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all technical staff.Allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.Mentor and train new technical staff, providing guidance on company procedures and project-specific tasks.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during project execution.Evaluate and recommend new technologies or processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.Technical Supervisor Requirements:1. Engineering Technology, Certified Plant Mechanic.2. 15+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field.3. Tesda Certification (NC2)4. Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.5. Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.6. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.7. Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.8. Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.9.
