Position: Spanish Electronic Helpdesk Support ~ (Cavite-Based)
Industry: Shared Service
Location: Cavite
Salary: P60,000- 70,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide Technical product application support for circuit Protection, Distribution Equipment and Industrial Controls
• Assist Customers and Client concerns using Product selection and configuration
• Post-sales technical support for product line and product selection Services
• Provide technical support to management platform of the client
• Investigate and resolve problems in the company’s systems and services
• Investigate and resolve problems in the company’s systems and services

REQUIREMENTS
•Preferably Local Citizen who are proficient in Spanish
•Proficient in both Spanish and English
•Preferably Bachelor Degree for Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and related courses
•Knowledgeable in using computer
•Background in CS/TSR/ IT and related field is a plus
