Client Details: The number 1 BPO Company in the Philippines located in Manila and Cebu City. This contact center is known to provide customer service to companies around the world. It’s a multinational Irish company founded year 2009 and has office in different countries.

Requirements:
• Preferably Bachelor Degree holder of any course
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong, Makati and Quezon City
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in providing 1st level technical support using basic technical skills
• Conduct investigation and documentation for system incidents and reports
• Resolve technical related queries
• Interpret errors/problems and escalate it to the other team
• Maintains good relationship with the customers
