The role focuses on converting customer business/IT requirements into service, architecture, and design that ultimately constitute the blueprint for the customer. The role is also expected to have in-depth technology knowledge, a strong understanding of enterprise designs and best practices, and actual project experience.
Primary Duties: · Meet with clients for the pre-sales engagement and act as a primary consultant for the assigned product.
· Design solutions based on the gathered requirements from the pre-sales engagement activities with the client and generate the scope of work documents and proposals.
· Continuously test and validate the solution architecture of the assigned product and explore new features and capabilities that can be then used for the team's future projects.
· Cascade client's request for implementation/support to the team handling the product.
· Answer licensing inquiries on a technical level for the assigned product.
· Propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments.
Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience with a strong background in security architecture, security design, and defining security frameworks for the enterprise. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Strong understanding of Network security, system/application security, and data security Hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and or Microsoft 365 security architecture, security engineering, or equivalent experience with vendor-specific cloud certification. Having related Microsoft Certification(s) is a plus: Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Excellent Communication and presentation skills Ability to translate technical requirements to business requirements and vice versa. Strong business acumen. Technical Skills Needed: · Knowledgeable in any of the following Microsoft Cloud Services:
o Azure Active Directory
o Office 365 Suite (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, etc.)

o Microsoft Defender for Cloud
o Microsoft Sentinel
Knowledgeable in using applications (Microsoft Visio, draw.io, etc.) for creating Architectural diagrams. Proficient in using Office applications. Possess a high level of technical literacy and the ability to analyze in detail. Knowledge and experience working with various operating systems, networking devices, virtualization technologies, and cloud.
