Providing day-to-day support services to clients.
Provide software engineering expertise to solve, modify and engineer software solutions and configurations to ensure the service and solution performs within efficient design specifications.
Investigate debugs and reproduces issues, provides fixes and workarounds and verifies changes to ensure continued operability of the software solution.
Communicate with customers to improve the understanding of customer problems, and verifies that an appropriate resolution has been applied.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of Computer Science or any related degree.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably living in or near Sta. Cruz, Laguna
Solid Knowledge in MSSQL and MySQL – Relational database, Stored procedure, Triggers.
Knowledge in software engineering is a plus - Ability to read and understand the Following Language (PHP, Java, Phyton, Delphi) is a plus
Knowledge of Linux.
Previous experience working with the Billing system is a plus.
Good oral and written communication skill.
With good problem-solving skills.
Must be a team player.
Independent and greatly attentive to details.
Ability to work within tight schedules.
