Social Media Manager

This role within the Digital Marketing department will provide day-to-day support to the marketing and digital sales efforts of Nimbyx through the Eva Digital Clinic and Alina Invisible Aligner businesses.You will directly report to the Head of Marketing, and work closely with the broader team in Manila. You will be spear heading all of the social media campaigns for Eva Digital Clinic and Alina Invisible Aligner.If you have a strong interest in digital marketing & sales, you are organized and enjoy coordinating marketing operations end-to-end this is an ideal role for you.**_Responsibilities: _**To manage and support all marketing programs and initiatives for social media; as well as working cross-functionally with the required internal teams per project or campaignTo handle all of Eva Digital Clinic and Alina Invisible Aligners social media channelsTo use social media as a sales tool to interact with probable customers and onboard them on trying Eva Digital Clinic and Alina Invisible AlignerCoordinate approval process and execution of all approved initiatives between internal marketing team & sales teamsSet-up paid campaigns and be able to optimize for conversion metricsTo report all personal efforts into measurable financial contribution to the company / KPIs.Support the Marketing team on larger, more complex marketing programs as requiredOther projects and ad hoc responsibilities as requiredDeep understanding of social media selling / salesExceptionally organized & high in people skillsResilience / Grit! Can see through a digital sales/marketing strategy, find flaws and optimize it till it is successful.Very confident and open in reaching out to with new people everyday using our social media accountsExcellent relationship building skillsMinimum of 2 years of related experience specifically in Organic and Paid Social Media MarketingDegree in marketing, sales or business management is good to have, not compulsoryExcellent communication skills, both written and oralStrong initiative and can-do attitudeStrong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and work within tight deadlinesAbility to work independently with mínimal supervisionThe measures of success:Contribution to financial objectivesIndividual objectives / KPIs linked to the achievement of department goals**Salary**: From Php50,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
