- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification;
- Generate, edit, publish and share content regularly, building meaningful connections with the target market;
- Set up and maintain social media management tools;
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules;
- Promote QM brand awareness, generating activity and discussion around the QM brand across all platforms;
- Increase social media followers;
- Set up and optimise company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of QM’s social content;
- Measure and report on the performance of all social media marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
- Plan and execute web, content marketing, database, e-books, e-newsletters, and email advertising campaigns;
- Design, build and maintain website contents, blogs, news articles, e-newsletters;
- Prepare site by installing and configuring server software; installing programming language;
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
