Site Engineer - Land Development | Santo Tomas, Batangas

Job Description:
Oversees and manages site activities and personnel during land development to ensure quality and on-time delivery Provides supervisory functions over heavy equipment operators, contractors, and other on-site personnel Establishes road site and drainage layout, preparation and elevation Monitors actual contractor manpower, delivery of materials and proper usage of heavy equipment and other tools used in land development Provides oversight function on construction of special projects within the site Performs the tasks of a Project Point Person (PPP) when assigned Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil or Geodetic Engineering Preferably with Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) Relevant working experience or training in Land Development with a minimum of three (3) hectares developed is required Proficiency in using AutoCAD is a huge advantage MUST be willing to be assigned in Batangas or Laguna projects (Staff house will be provided)
