Ability to supervise implementation of teh project, based on the given timeline, cost, standards and specification.
Knowledge to interpret plans and technical design.
Ability to create work schedule, oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Acts as technical adviser for subcontractors on sites.
Communicate with clients and their representatives for updates on the project.
Serves as a liason with the consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, engineers or the general workforce in the project.
Ability to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Preferably with bridge experience
