Details of the offer

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
PRC License NOT required
Leadership skills
Good knowledge of open-type building/construction industry standards
Good knowledge of government regulations, requirements, safety standards
Able to understand and read architectural/construction issue drawings
Able to assess information, evaluate solutions, and recommend appropriate course of action
Attention to quality and workmanship
Good time management, ability to multi-task
At least 4-years experience in Civil Engineering/Facilities Management/Building Maintenance
Supervisory experience
Field Work/On-site experience
Working knowledge & experience with construction tools and equipment including CAD software
