Job Descriptions
Execution of Construction Drawings.
Daily Monitoring of activities (logbook) / coordination with Subcontractor – manpower, materials, equipment/tools (quarterly targets).
Prepares, Monitor, Checks and Controls materials requisitions.
Weekly preparation of Progress Billing to labor-only sub-contractors.
Checking of progress billing to sub-contractor (labor and materials).
Monthly submission of Inventory Report for tools and equipment (1st day of the following month).
Daily Checking of Timekeeping Reports (Actual Attendance of Workers.

Job Qualifications
Civil Engineers without license are encouraged to apply.
1 Year of working experience as Site Engineer in a House Development / Realty Company is a plus.
Knowledgeable in Bill of materials and progress billing, site engineering and inspection.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Highly organized and works systematically.
Preferably from Lipa City or nearby municipalities/cities

Schedule:
8 hour shift
