Site Acquisition (Row) Officer

Job Description Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree?in any field.
At least 1?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): management, supervision, Good Supervisory Skills
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
Responsible in securing necessary permits/clearance (ALO, HOA, Brgy., DPWH, Developer, LGU etc)
Submit Permit Applications
Responsible for establishing and monitoring the Permit to Work process
Interfaces with the design and construction teams and determine which permits, license, approvals, standards, guidelines, ordinances, rules and regulations are to be obtained for a particular project to move forward
Coordinate the approval process with project team, boards and commission, and/or governmental entities
Responsible for overall management of the Permit to Work process by managing engineers and other technical staff and coordinate with local permitting authorities to ensure all permits, license, approvals are secured in a timely manner.
Supervise and monitor the team for the accomplishment of project
