Shift Manager (Non-Voice Account)

To provide a comprehensive training and development service to the company and to ensure that all employees achieve high professional standards and that they have the necessary skills, competency and work attitudes to help the company attain its strategic objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/ Master’s degree, any field
? Excellent English Communication Skills
? With at least 2-3 years of working experience as a BPO/Call Center Shift Manager is required
? Amenable to work in shifting schedule
? Amenable to work in Dumaguete
? Can start ASAP
