Shared Services Executive

Aufgabe The Shared Services Executive for Accounts Receivable is assigned to monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
Key Responsibilities:Monitors customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities (outstanding invoices)Communicates with customers regarding their outstanding invoices via phone calls and emailsManage account reconciliations and collectionsCreate accurate and professional invoices in line with quality assurance metricsComplete accurate and timely accounting entries relevant of A/R function in accounting systemReview past due accounts and contact customers for collectionBuild and strengthen working relationship with key client contactsAttains daily and weekly call and cash targetsHandles objections resulting to collection of overdue accountsDetermines if escalation to other departments is requiredSends out invoices and statement of accounts (SOA) when requested by customers.Reduces the Days Sales Turnover (DSO) of the companyReports to the Shared Services Center groupLiaise with Singapore AR when faced with invoice issues
Key Qualifications:Graduate of Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent.Must have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the field of Accounting with exposure in Accounts Receivable, General Accounting and Billing and CollectionBackground in Shared Services, BPO or an international service provider group is an advantagePreferably has an experience with and knowledge of SAPHas the ability to communicate/contact clients assertively and confidently in following up payments/settling debtsPossess good time management skills, attentive to details, highly organized and has the capacity to work independentlyMust have team-oriented working styleHighly motivated, problem solver, and customer orientedWith good written and oral English communication skillsMust be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
