Service Station Head

Directly reports to the Area/Regional Manager and Sales Representative assigned in the areas of operations of the Company;- Performs required tasks from time to time - administratively and operationally such as reporting of Sales and Daily Sales Reports, Monitoring and Supervising of staff, conducting regular meetings, skills enhancement and continuous training;- Checks on latest pricing of competitors and submits the same as maybe required by the General Manager through his/her Regional or Area Managers for Sales and/or Sales Representatives for price adjustments based on the current market price board/ceiling;- Conducts skills mastery test required in the delivery of sales, customer service and support, and client acquisition;- Controls and supervises overall staff activities, monitor attendance and job performance;- Informs RMS/SR Head on staffing requirements - retraining, re-assessment, and/or replacement due to misdeeds, inefficiency, and other forms of violations;- Establishes strong business relationships with current clients and business partners and continues to do the same within the duration as prescribed by his/her relieving period;- Conducts business in a manner that is generally acceptable to the Company needs.**Must be willing to be assigned in CALATRAVA.****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From Php11,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Free parking- On-site parking- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
