Primary Responsibilities:
Set team direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to members of own team
May oversee work activities of other supervisors
Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
Influence or provide input to forecasting and planning activities
Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external)
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any field
At least 10-13 years of experience in customer service delivery and operations management
At least 3 years of strong people management and leadership experience
Ability to define, develop, and manage team KPIs through process compliance
Effectively managed and led daily operations of large-scale teams of about 200 to 300 resources
Articulate in communication. Able to have clear and impactful conversations with stakeholders and top management
Worked on projects and able to continually drive operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications:
Lean Six Sigma / Green Belt / Yellow Belt
PHRN, USRN
