JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Vocational or Bachelor's Degree Course
TESDA National Certificate is an advantage
Atleast 1 year experience in the Food and Beverage industry
Preferably 1-4 years experience specialized in repairs and maintenance
Knowledgeable and skilled in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works
Knowledgeable and skilled in masonry and carpentry works
Knowledgeable in maintenance and repair of exhaust/fresh air blowers, air conditioning
units, refrigeration units, and other kitchen equipment
Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
Ability to check and interpret blueprints, equipment manuals, or parts catalog
Experience in performing preventive maintenance works
Experience with precision measuring instruments is an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION
Troubleshoot and repair exhaust/fresh air blowers, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment, and other devices
Prepares Preventive Maintenance Reports
Conducts routine maintenance checks of all stores
Ensures that all the equipment in the store are in good running condition
Perform maintenance and provide customer support
Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them
Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
