**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Prepares and ensures timely submission of Aftersales monitoring reports.- Monitor and ensures that all existing forms and office supplies used by the Service Department are within the minimum requirements.- Ensures proper safekeeping and maintenance of service & parts equipment.- Attends to personal/phone-in inquiries regarding status of the vehicle.- Files and retrieves records and correspondence.- Keeps sensitive materials confidential when requested.- Handles other administrative functions.**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or its equivalent.- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel and Internet.- Must be customer-oriented.- Average oral and written communication skills.- Knowledge in basic accounting principles; office operations and standards.- Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts & information.Schedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Subic Bay, Zambales: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
