- Helps create various types of written content for the SEO team for both external and internal use. Some examples include: articles, interviews/questionnaires, case- studies, white papers, persuasive calls-to-action, internal documentation, and other marketing materials- Showcases the ability to adapt writing style, voice, and tone to a range of personas and markets- Writing content plans and calendars for a variety of customers and target markets- Ensures all submitted content is proofread and checked so that it is free of errors, and adopts the appropriate style and format- Ability to write all forms of site content, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, new landing pages- Preferably graduate of Bachelors or Masters in Information and Technology or similar- Must be knowledgeable about grammar, copywriting, and content marketing writing- Must be aware about best practices for writing online content (i.e. using spoken English and shorter sentences)- Must be proficient in changing tone of voice depending on the brand and target audience/segment- Must be experienced in coordinating project and work with designers and web developer- Must be quick in understanding what is needed, and solve problems (be it team management, processes, and more)- Must be proactive in making suggestion to improve existing processes- Must be reliable and maintains confidentiality- Must be punctual and reliable at all times
