About this role This role directly reports to the Head of Software Engineering. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for any assigned task the leadership assigns them, these tasks will involve backend applications development, creating data interfaces (REST, GraphQL, etc), Unit, Integration, or Functional Testing, libraries, integration with 3rd-party APIs, or local development tooling.


Responsibilities: Help design, develop, and test features and functionalities that will add value to their projects Reviewing the work of their peers with constructive criticism Optimizing the performance of these features Receiving bug reports and delivering fixes Delivering integration instructions and documentation for consumers of their projects
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Practical experience with Python in Linux/Unix Unit Testing with PyTest Familiar with classic and modern Software Development Lifecycles
