The Job
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work very closely with the UX and UI team to drive the development of various financial products.
You will be responsible for :
Produce high-quality maintainable code, testing and collaboratively review it to ensure efficiency
Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
Participating in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
Collaborate extensively with product management, design, and engineers to develop product features that drive metrics.
Work with data team to provide insights into our customers’ behaviour
Identify areas to improve and scale our architecture and application design
Prioritise speed of building things without compromising security

The Profile
You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
You have at least 3 year experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a solid track record in IT business partnering roles and driving technology initiatives and programmes across the business.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
