Description:
To be successful as a Senior Account Executive, you should be adept at analyzing sales performance metrics and negotiating contracts and demonstrate excellent communication, management and customer service skills at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Drive sales revenue through new client acquisition and expanded revenue.
Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities in the mid-sized and enterprise market through research, cold calling, email, lead follow-up and professional network.
Identify key decision-makers and build strong and productive relationships with new and existing customers.
Management of the full sales cycle in collaboration with the sales development team, from sourcing and qualification of new prospects through presentations, deal negotiation and closing.
Using a consultative sales approach to gain a deep understanding of your prospects’ needs and requirements, clearly articulate value proposition and builds out a tailored All IT Supported service package to presentation and maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise in all customer interactions.
Qualify, manage and support leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities, and progress opportunities through the All IT Supported Sales Process.
Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
Timely and accurate updating of prospect/customer information, forecasts and pipeline data in Hubspot.
Deliver consistently against assigned quota and overall objectives while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding sales experience to customers.
Work closely with Sales Development Representatives to proactively uncover and nurture target companies.
Collaborate with Operations and Marketing Team on outreach sales engagement, any client requests or roadmap topics.
Collaborate with the Dispatch Team to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing, etc.
Be a continuous learner of the competitive landscape and determine how to position All IT Supported to win.
Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize the sales process.

Requirements:
Four-year BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Over four years of quota-carrying-outbound sales experience with a proven record of selling into the mid-market/enterprise space across diverse industries in the United States. IT, managed services, infrastructure management, or SaaS.
Significant start-up experience or experience working out of a remote office location.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and meet aggressive deadlines.
Success closing net new accounts while expanding existing accounts.
Proven success in an “end-to-end sales process set-up” from researching a prospect, qualifying, to scheduling presentations, to negotiation, to contract, to closing a deal, following the principles of Consultative Sales Process.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Hubspot, web conferencing tools, prospecting tools like LinkedIn and proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite.
