SENIOR .NET ARCHITECT
Based in Cebu City
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead talented software developers in web projects, including multiple cutting-edge startup projects, using the latest technologies to bring scale and stability while keeping development speed in mind
• Review architecture and code of multiple web projects on a regular basis.
• Act as part-time CTO for specific clients or startups
• Participate in recurring training, mentoring of more junior developers and curation of existing coding standards and best practices as technology evolves
• It is not really a hands-on position, but you must be able to dive into code and fix it if needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 15 years working experience in software development (IMPORTANT: If you have fewer than 15 years of programming experience, then apply for our "Senior .NET Developer" position but do not apply here! Your application will be otherwise ignored).
• Must be an all-around expert with .NET, including the latest framework, having developed a wide amount of solutions using .NET
• Solid experience with AWS and Azure, good knowledge of DevOps is a plus
• Mastery of Angular or React is a definite plus
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English (our clients are mostly from overseas)
• Ability to travel to Europe and Australia without visa application is a plus (to potentially visit customers). Will process Philippine working visa and offer relocation package for foreign applicants.
Note: We are looking for a high level software developer. We are not interested in someone who has mainly moved to project management and leadership roles and does not code anymore (well... We do hire people with project management background, but then find the "Software Manager" or "Project Manager" positions and apply there).
