Senior Manager Creatives

Solairea Resort North is seeking a Senior Creative lead to head our inhouse agency. This key leadership position will be responsible for overseeing & guiding our creative team to develop and execute high quality creative work across various business unit including gaming hotel food & beverage and retail. Candidate must possess a deep understanding of brand strategy a track record or creative excellence and exceptional leadership skills.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Graphics Marketing or ay related field. An art based candidate will be an added advantage
Minimum of 12 years total experience & 7 years in a managerial position
Demonstrated creative excellence with a portfolio of work showcasing a range concepts of execution
Deep understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into a compelling artwork
Proven experience in overseeing creative team
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide the team
Strong understanding of the latest trend
