Provides entrepreneurial management of the HR unit to expand operations and services to stakeholders.
Supports in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and ventures, as well as providing necessary HR and business related to support to the Group.
Spearheads developing operating models for HR including shared services, center expertise, business partners, HR process redesign and HR strategy development.
Leads, motivates and develops the HR transactional teams ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and understanding of the business, HR processes and employment legislation and have substantial expertise to deliver a first-class service to the business.
Fosters harmonious relationships with the business by working closely with the HR Business partners and their teams in reporting on the performance of the HR transactional team, reviewing service provision, quality and opportunities for enhancements.
Develops and implements a clear, simple and systematic approach to setting, measuring and enforcing performance targets by putting in place a practical, fair and transparent process of rewarding high performance and addressing low performance.
