Senior Facebook Media Buyer

The client company is an Australian Digital Agency that specializes in social strategy, creative production and social media management with tier one clients across Australian business’ in several verticals.

What are we looking for:
Currently, the agency has a digital strategist involved in planning and the execution of Facebook and Google Ads media buying. This role is a big opportunity for the right candidate to stamp their mark on the Facebook media buying process inside the business and become the go-to girl (or guy) for all things Facebook. Experience with Ad Words/Google Shopping would be great but not mandatory. As the Facebook Media Buyer, you will support the Account Managers, with your responsibility to drive successful execution and delivery of Facebook media solutions and implementation. You will influence leaders within the business areas to create and maintain alignment around the client business objectives, measurable benefits, create effective campaigns, deliver reports to the accounts team, and consistently improve the process and procedures that surround the Facebook and wider media buying initiatives. You will define and document the Facebook media buying process breakdowns, set live and monitor campaigns, provide status updates, create reports and work with strategy to deliver more for their clients.
The successful candidate will be able to assist the Account Managers across the business in key daily tasks including; Setting campaigns live, reviewing media daily, creation and improvement of fortnightly and monthly reports, alert account managers when campaigns are to be set live, communicate with internal stakeholders (content creators, creative directors, copywriters etc.) to list a few. Supporting the Account Manager to deliver high-value results in media buying effort and ensuring ownership of campaigns will mean we have found the right person for the role. This is an opportunity to build out the entire media buying element of an already successful agency who are looking to expand into media buying much more heavily.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses
impeccable English communication in written and verbal.
This role is 100% remote work.
In this role you will:

-Create, maintain and grow Facebook Media Campaigns across multiple accounts
-Advise and assist in campaign setup and optimization processes
-Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix (if Facebook isn’t the performing, let them know don’t just buy for the sake of it)
-Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
-Develop strategies to build audiences through customer data, adjust bids and budgets and test in order to exceed goals
-Continuously work with leadership to refine growth, win-back and renewal strategies
-Analyze and report back on campaign performance
-Maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in social media and paid social media (betas, ad network updates, innovation opportunities, etc.
-Develop and manage the execution of campaign plans
-Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
-Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.
Requirements

-A seasoned veteran and know all that there to know inside Facebook Ads Manager
-Excellent command of the English language (Oral & written)
-Minimum 2-5 years of experience in buying Facebook paid social media ads Google Adwords experience a plus
-Experience at an agency a big plus
-Development of reporting for clients/business - Ability to interpret reporting and make recommendations a big plus
-Knowledgeable in various project management software such as Zoho, Monday, Asana, Trello etc. - Experience in reactive.io a big plus
-Experience building out SOPs, Project timelines, process highly favorable
-Ability to manage and complete tasks at hand within an agreed and reasonable time schedule
-Display a high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills
-Proven leadership experience
-Can work on shifting schedule between Australia
-Can start immediately
