Job description:
We're looking for a team player, go-getter with ambition, with focus and strong understanding of
data governance, business processes and data quality controls.The Sr. Analyst, Data Governance, based in Manila, is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the US team.
Responsibilities:
Drive defining/refining data governance processes and identify opportunities to innovate as well as streamline/standardize

Establish data governance documentation and ensure it is comprehensive and maintained

Coordinate the ongoing operation of working groups to facilitate the prioritization and definition of data policy and standards that enables a data and insights driven objective

Collaborate with teams to enable technology solutions for managing standards administration and compliance

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred

3-5 years of audit experience preferred

Understanding of Data Governance, Sales Operations, and QTC

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, with high standards for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as a member of the team in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
