We are a leading global financial institution
Responsibilities:Under direct supervision responsible system support to US Financial Reporting (USFR) team and other teams in Manila that uses FundSuite Arc reporting system. USFR encompasses Valuation and Reporting Service that is geared towards providing clients financial information for decision making. It is comprised of partners who support Northern Trust business in conjunction with our global network of operational partners.
Research, document, and resolve complex data and/or system issues
Manage end-user and power user requests and serve as a liaison to the vendor Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN)
Serve as a FundSuiteArc system expert for user questions and training
Evaluate and analyze data and understand the flow of information within our core systems
Where possible, assisting users with workarounds or approaches to needs or issues
Escalating issues to appropriate senior personnel where needed
Maintain positive, proactive relationships with stakeholders
Research problems independently and identify root cause of issues
Timely, accurate, and complete responses to inquiries
Consistently and effectively communicating with management to make sure issues are escalated and resolved
Conduct application testing, build test scripts, support client application testing and collect and summarize test data
Onboard new client funds in FundSuiteArc system
Produce organized and informative system documentationKnowledge/Skills:Analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required
Strong computer skills are requiredAbility to prioritize and work on multiple projects and assignments with minimal supervision
ability to understand, simplify, and communicate technical and business process concepts to stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fieldAt least 2 years working experience particularly in investment products and FundSuiteArc is a plus
Application Support work experience is a plus
