Description
Provides analytical and data support through reports generation, data management and data analysis. Support product data by maintaining service model and components tools.
Responsibilities
Data Preparation
Extracts/ generates quantitative information from structured database using non-standard queries which requires intermediate extraction methods
Cleans large data set using statistical methods
Combines extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools
Apply basic calculation to summarize gathered data into information for further analysis
Data Analysis
Analyze and interpret data using descriptive analytics
Creates charts trends as necessary to aid in easy interpretation and better understanding
Reporting/ Presentation
Generate or create report based on standard template and submit to requestor
Updating current reports as requested from current users
System and Tool Maintenance
Set-up and maintenance of service models (PTS) and components as engineering changes are made.
Coordinate development of PTS structure for new compressors and condensing units
Customer Analysis
Manage credit and debit memo’s allocation for wholesalers
Additional Information
Work on streamlining and automating processes to error proof and lessen processing time.
Performs other functions as may be deemed necessary by and needed to deliver the output guided by the company's vision, mission and employee policies.
Provide systems & program applications related training/development by utilizing best practice sharing methods for cross-training.
Requirements
Graduate of any 4-year business discipline course;
Graduate of any engineering discipline course will also be considered
Experience gained from supply chain, engineering and manufacturing related business
Background in offshore service operations is an added advantage
Ability to assume cross-trained function in the event of low utilization
Ability to assume back up functions in the event of skills and capacity constraints
Ability to build long lasting relationships with internal & external customers, and work within a team setting.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Knowledge on computer applications such Oracle, DOMO, Power BI and other Business Systems and Tools
Advance excel skills is a must; SQL knowledge is an advantage
Willing to work on graveyard shifts
Must be able to effectively and independently function while maintaining a positive energy level in an environment of constantly shifting demands.
